Dan Caine
Dan Caine is a successful founder, entrepreneur, business executive, senior military officer, and pilot. He currently serves as the CEO of The Caine Group which focuses on investing in and consulting for Aerospace, Defense, Real-estate, and Energy companies. Caine also continues to serve as a United States Air Force military officer.
Caine earned a B.A. degree in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.A. with honors from the American Military University.

Steven McShea
Steve McShea is a Managing Director at The Caine Group. Prior to this position, he was a successful entrepreneur and founder of several companies centered in the aerospace, defense, and risk mitigation sector. McShea is also a long-term real-estate investor. Earlier in his career, he was a Naval Aviator flying F-14 Tomcats off of Aircraft Carriers worldwide. Following his Naval service, he transitioned to flying F-16s for the Air National Guard and subsequently RC-26 aircraft.
McShea earned a B.A. in Public Administration from USC and an MBA from Fresno State University focused on Entrepreneurship.
